She is the Patron saint of missionaries and also known as the “Little Flower”. She was a Carmelite religious. Pope Pius X called her “the greatest saint of modern times”. She is also known for the “Little way” of trusting in Jesus to make her holy and on little daily sacrifices instead of great deeds.
